MY LAST BIRTHDAY I WENT TO EAT AT THE MELTING POT WITH MY FAMILY. IT WAS SO DELICIOUS!

SO FAR TODAY I HAVE EATEN A PACKAGE OF PEANUT BUTTER CRACKERS, A BOTTLE OF WATER, A GRILLED CHICKEN SALAD AND A GLASS OF ICE TEA.

I want to lose weight because I’m really out of shape.
I used to run track in high school and I was really fit and pretty thin, I’d really just like to be able to buy my clothes in the single digits again. I feel really self conscious now, and I would love to be able to wear shorts without having the ride up from my fat thighs rubbing together.
I mean i’m only 5’3” and I was almost 200lbs… I think that is sooo unreasonable for me, especially because I was once in such good shape…

I had a big burrito from Chipotle…it was worth it though because it was delicious… and of course then I worked out!!
